- Client means the person or persons in whose name or on whose behalf the booking is made.
- Company means Gemur Holidays.
- Independent contractors means hoteliers, transporters, owners or operators selected by the company to render service to the client.
- The company shall not be liable for death, injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss or damage caused by acts or defaults outside its direct control.
- Liability arising out of this contract shall not exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the holiday and shall not include consequential loss or additional expense.
- If clients have any complaint regarding services provided by independent contractors, the client should notify the contractor and send a copy to the booking office.
- Each condition is severable. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Foreign exchange payments are subject to RBI/GOI rules and regulations.
