Booking
On confirmation of booking your contract is with Gemur Holidays. A contract exists when we confirm your tour or travel services and receive the deposit amount from your end.
Payment
For contracted services, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to hold the booking on a confirmed basis.
Balance Payment
Balance payment is to be made 15 days prior to the date of start of services. Bookings made within 15 working days require full and final payment at the time of booking.
Mode of Payment
Domestic clients can pay by online payment gateway, debit card, offline credit card payment, cash, cheque, demand draft, RTGS or NEFT. International clients can pay by online payment gateway, debit card, offline credit card payment, or bank transfer.
Credit or debit card bank charges of 3% extra may be levied over and above the total amount.
Cancellation, No Show, Early Departure
Cancellation charges are effective from the date written cancellation is received:
- 60 days and prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 59 to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
- 29 to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 14 to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 07 days and less, prior to arrival or no show - no refund.
A minimum 10% service charge applies after a booking is made. Refunds after trip commencement are limited and depend on recoveries from service providers.
